Hello there! I’m Cheresa, but my friends call me Resa. I am the owner, chef, and proud Londoner born and bred. With Jamaican and Ghanaian heritage, flavour and spice have always been at the heart of my table. Growing up, food wasn’t just nourishment — it was culture, celebration, and connection.

Founder and CEO
A mother, gardener, cook, and the founder of Resa’s Hot Stuff. With a Master’s degree in Psychology, I’ve always been fascinated by how food connects people, sparks joy, and brings comfort. My love of gardening meant my kitchen was overflowing with fresh produce, and soon I began experimenting with hot sauces, pickles, and jams to preserve the harvest. When my family and friends couldn’t get enough of my fiery creations, they encouraged me to share them with the world and that’s how Resa’s Hot Stuff was born. Today, I pour the same love, care, and creativity into every bottle, blending heritage, sustainability, and bold flavour to create sauces that elevate the everyday.

A loving father, avid gamer and the COO of Resa’s Hot Stuff that brings both precision and passion to the brand. A mechanical engineer by trade, Sam has a love for bold, flavourful food and a natural eye for detail that helps keep our small-batch process running smoothly. Beyond hot sauce, he’s eager to grow the range with Resa’s homemade pickles, jams, and chutneys — sharing the flavours he loves most. Together, we’re building a brand that celebrates craft, heritage, and the joy of good food.

Crafting Fire With Flavour
Resa’s Hot Stuff was born from my love of bringing bold, vibrant heat to everyday dishes. Each bottle is handcrafted in small batches using organic scotch bonnets, jalapeños, and sun-ripened tropical fruits. The sauces are balanced, bright, and deeply flavourful — never just about heat for heat’s sake.
